About
Background
Baker’s Field Enterprises began with a modest production as a small bakery in 2009. The initial products sold to nearby residents were ‘pan de sal’ and ‘sweet dough bread’ with only two (2) employees to start. With vigorous dedication and unique flavor, the bread produce became attractive to neighboring villages and towns. We doubled our production to supply the demand and gradually introduced other baked products to the community.
The increase in sales and the desire to innovate more bread produce, the flagship brand of bizcocho/biscuits: Bizcocho de Zamboanga was launched in 2012. It is a collection of eighteen (18) crunchy and healthy variants bizcocho/biscuits. Each variant comes with healthy green produce, spices and herbs combo. With the summary of positive feedback from friends and relatives, these flavored bizcocho/biscuits were introduced to small groceries in Zamboanga City together with other Baker’s Field products.
The solid popularity and demand for Baker’s Field products, with Bizcocho de Zamboanga as the forerunner, Baker’s Field Enterprises began the expansion of its operation by supplying nearby cities and provinces of Basilan, Jolo, Bongao, Dumaguete City, Cagayan De Oro City and General Santos City.

The Founder and Company Name
The company is owned by Ester A. Perez; a philanthropist, idealist, a good leader with a penchant for baking and an exquisite gourmet chef. A fresh retiree with a flying position from Land Bank of the Philippines, she studied the craft of baking, and began what is now Baker’s Field Enterprises.
The concept of the company’s name is the place of origin of its initial production; a countryside overlooking rice field with distant and lovely neighborhood. A bakery enveloped in a vast field, and a baker entwined in this land
